1. Remove wrinkles on the forehead. Hug your index fingers around the brow ridge, your palms should be pressed to your temples at this time. Press your eyebrows tightly with your fingers and begin to raise them. Like when you are surprised. Only now, the eyebrows themselves will remain in place - under your fingers. At this moment, only the muscles of the forehead will work, and in no case the back of the head! Now place the palm of your hand on the top of your forehead - at the border with the hair. Pull up a little. Try to lower your gaze as low as possible. Freeze for 10 seconds. Now, in the same starting position, pull the tip of your nose and upper lip down. Do everything dynamically: stretch, relax.

If you do this exercise twice a day, eight times, then in a month even the deepest wrinkles on the forehead will disappear!

2.Remove wrinkles on the bridge of the nose. Place the middle fingers of both hands at the beginning of your eyebrows. Place your index fingers exactly above your middle fingers. Press your fingers tightly against the skin. And we begin the exercise - wincing as hard as we can. If you position your fingers correctly, wrinkles will not form and the muscles will be trained. Do three sets of 8 exercises. If you did everything correctly, you will feel the muscle tension on the bridge of your nose. 3. Remove bags under the eyes. How to eliminate bags, swelling and puffiness under the eyes quickly and effectively? Some simple exercises will help with this.

Place your middle fingers between your eyebrows, at a point above the bridge of your nose, and your two index fingers on the outer corners of your eyes. Now tense your lower eyelid, try to lift it up (see Fig. 1). Can you feel the outer eye muscles pulsating? So you are doing everything right. Now tense your working muscles even more and relax them.

Repeat this 10 times, focusing on the external eye muscles. Now, without ceasing to tense your muscles, close your eyelids and count to 40, continuing to concentrate on the working muscles.

Let's consider another exercise to eliminate bags under the eyes.

Place your index fingers on the outer corners of your eyes and your middle fingers on the inner corners as in Figure 3. Now try to lift your lower eyelid up. Do you feel pulsation in the corner of your lower eyelid? This means you are doing everything correctly (see Fig. 4). The eyes should be wide open. Tighten and relax your muscles 10 times. Then, straining your lower eyelid as much as possible, pull it up, leaving your eyes open. Count to 40 in your head. Repeat again.
