  4. Straighten up and throw your head back.

  6. Bend over backwards. The spine should take the shape of a semicircle in the opposite direction.

Exercise No. 1

Exercise No. 2

Has a similar effect.

Sequence of movements:

  1. Place the palm of your right hand on your right side.
  2. Subsequent movements are made simultaneously: move the shoulder towards the spine, gradually lifting it up; the head is tilted towards the right shoulder. It needs to be turned to the left side and gradually raise the chin up; When finished, hold the position for 30 seconds.

To complete it you need:

Sequence of movements:

  1. Place the palm of your right hand near the edge of your hairline, forming it into a kind of visor (as when protecting yourself from sun rays). In this case, the fingers (index and thumb) should stretch the muscles in this area.
  2. The left hand should come from the top of the head (not from the side, but from above). Using your fingertips you need to draw spiral movements from the eyebrows to the palm of your right hand. In this case, you need to gradually move from the middle of the forehead to the left temple.
  3. Repeat the procedure with alternating hands.
  4. Cover your face with your palms so that your little fingers are in the center of your forehead, near your eyebrows. Repeat the spiral movement (with your little fingers) to the edge of the hairline.

Exercise No. 1

Sequence of movements:

  1. Use your fingers to form the English letter “B” on both hands.
  2. Place your left hand on the left eye with the back of it so that the index finger is located on the cheekbone under the eye, and the middle finger on the eyebrow.
  3. The right hand is positioned with the inside towards the face. In this case, the pad of the index finger is located on the eyebrow, and the pad of the middle finger is under the eye, next to the bridge of the nose.

  3. Close your eyes and completely relax your muscles for 30 seconds.

Repeat at least 3 times.

Revitonics for lips

To complete the exercise you need:

  1. Grab the area around the lips with your fingertips. To do this, you need to place your index fingers on the sides next to your upper lip. Thumbs on the bottom of the chin.
