Protocols for chemical and enzymatic peelings

Line of multi-acid peelings MG Peel System

The MG Peel System line of professional multi-acid chemical peels was created to correct aesthetic skin problems as part of complex procedures in beauty salons and medical clinics.

Indications for the use of multi-peelings

  • Photoaging
  • Chronoaging
  • Shallow wrinkles, including “crow’s feet” in the eyelid area
  • Hyperkeratosis
  • Violation of skin microrelief
  • Seborrhea
  • Enlarged pores in the T-zone
  • Acne
  • Post-acne
  • Hyperpigmentation

MG Peel System peels are superficial. At the same time, they provide targeted, targeted correction of a specific problem and a good visible result after the first session. The maximum result is achieved after a course of procedures.

The concentration of acids in multi-peelings is from 5 to 40% at pH 3

. Thanks to this pH level, acids penetrate the skin more slowly, without causing an acute reaction or complications. And it’s easy for a specialist to control the process, monitor the reaction of the epidermis and get the desired result.

Each product in the line is carefully thought out and ideally balanced in terms of the composition of the acids in the complex and the mechanism of their work. Acids in multi-peelings vary in molecular size, depth of penetration into the skin and intensity of impact. Working together, they complement and enhance each other's properties, allowing you to achieve impressive results in a short time.

The gel texture guarantees comfort during work for both experienced specialists and novice cosmetologists. The peeling is easily applied to the brush and distributed over the skin without spreading.

MG Peel System allows cosmetologists to select the optimal peeling individually for each client, depending on the type and condition of the skin, aesthetic problem, time of year and the desired result. And all this is within one line.

Multi-acid peels, even at a concentration of 40%, act on the skin as gently as possible. The risk of complications and adverse reactions (burns, severe hyperemia, frost, severe peeling) is minimized. If the cosmetologist follows the procedure protocol, the client can go to work or an event immediately after peeling. Despite this, multi-peelers are strictly professional preparations

and are intended for specialists who can determine the skin's reaction to acid and guarantee the safety of the procedure.

Mediderma yellow peeling procedure protocol

Exfoliation itself occurs after the preparatory stage. During the consultation, the cosmetologist will tell the woman what and how to do so that the effect is maximum.

Pre-peel preparation begins 2-4 weeks before the planned procedure. The duration of the preparatory stage depends on the skin type and related problems.

Necessary:

  • Bring your medical card to the specialist and, if necessary, undergo a few simple tests to determine contraindications;
  • conduct an allergy test with the exact composition that will be used for peeling;
  • regularly apply a special pre-peeling cream to loosen the epidermis to ensure a deeper effect of the active composition;
  • if the epidermis is excessively dry, it is recommended to undergo a procedure (or several, on the advice of a doctor) of mesotherapy or birevitalization;
  • if you have a history of herpes infection, it makes sense to take a course of antiviral drugs;
  • A few weeks before peeling, limit your exposure to the open sun and do not visit the solarium.

The protocol for the yellow peeling procedure with Mediderma is as follows:

  • cleansing the skin of makeup residues, dust and dirt;
  • applying the contents of the ampoule;
  • applying the contents of the sachet;
  • covering the treated surface with film for a quarter of an hour.

Then the film is removed and the client can go home. There, after about 6-8 hours (the cosmetologist will tell you the exact time), the composition should be washed off with neutral soap and warm water.

During the post-peeling period, the skin may turn slightly red, and slight swelling is possible in the first hours. Then peeling occurs, but not always. If the skin is peeling, then under no circumstances should you pick off the scabs yourself, so as not to injure the epidermis and cause an infection.

You should use moisturizing creams unless a specialist advises you otherwise. After a week or a week and a half, you can wash your face using a scrub to remove the remnants of flaky skin, but not before!

Please note that yellow peeling gives results after the first procedure. But to achieve a lasting and long-lasting effect, the procedure is carried out in courses individually selected taking into account all the nuances.

Indications for peeling

A new product from the WiQomed company came to us from Italy, although cosmetologists have recently not considered prx-t33 peeling to be such a new procedure. It’s just that on the Russian market just a couple of years ago it was too expensive, the average price for the procedure reached 11 thousand rubles. Of course, there weren’t many people willing to shell out such sums for peeling, given that you need to complete a full course of several sessions. Then the company held a number of promotions, the price was halved, and prx-t33 peeling began to gain popularity.

In fact, this is an analogue of biorevitalization with hyaluronic acid, in which powerful stimulation of the skin occurs, only more gentle. The skin is renewed and becomes elastic and radiant. But at the same time, the top layer is not damaged, there are no crusts or peeling, which are characteristic, for example, of classic peeling based on trichloroacetic acid.

Peeling is loved by young girls with problem skin and older ladies who prefer high-quality salon procedures with a lifting effect. The procedure is practically painless and does not lead to peeling or redness of the skin. Although, judging by the reviews, everything is very individual, and some clients still feel discomfort during peeling. Yes, there may also be slight peeling for several days.

Peeling is indicated for:

  • Enlarged pores and blackheads;
  • for stretch marks (on the body);
  • scars left after chickenpox;
  • acne and problematic skin prone to regular rashes;
  • seborrheic dermatitis and hyperpigmentation.

In addition, prx-t33 peeling stimulates collagen production. Although this does not guarantee a clear lifting effect (although we are promised that after the procedure, wrinkles will be smoothed out), the fact that the skin will look fresh, well-groomed and rested has been confirmed by thousands of satisfied clients. Peeling is very suitable for preventing aging.

Also, the procedure is especially indicated for those with oily skin, as it regulates the secretion of subcutaneous fat and reduces inflammation.

Preparing for TCA Peel

Skin cleansing with TCA acid is a serious medical procedure. You must strictly follow all the doctor’s recommendations before and after the procedure.

A month before the procedure, you should stop using sponges, brushes, sponges, washcloths, and hair removal. At the same time, you need to start applying sunscreen.

It is necessary to carry out glycolic cleansing, after which creams with fruit acids and moisturizers are used for 2 weeks. It is recommended to take a course of drugs that strengthen blood vessels for better tissue regeneration after peeling, as well as antiviral drugs to prevent herpes.

Biorevitalization without injections: is it possible?

MCA 35 from Innoaesthetics is a superficial-medium peeling that has replaced the well-known TCA peels and differs from them in greater safety and a shorter recovery period while maintaining exceptional effectiveness.

Contains MCA 35 peeling:

  • Monochloroacetic acid (35%) – launches processes of intensive revitalization and restructuring of the skin, without causing a gross keratolytic effect and does not require long-term rehabilitation. This makes the procedure less traumatic and minimizes discomfort;
  • Arbutin (10%) – is responsible for combating hyperpigmentation and lightening the skin. As the safest plant analogue of hydroquinone, arbutin inhibits tyrosinase, normalizes melanin biosynthesis and prevents further disruption of this process;
  • Salicylic acid (7%) – has an exfoliating effect, stimulates skin cell renewal, providing long-term results, and also evens out the skin texture. Reduces hyperkeratosis not only on the surface of the skin, but also in the mouths of the follicles, improving the outflow of sebum;
  • Hyaluronic acid – provides deep tissue hydration, helps reduce the depth of wrinkles, restores smoothness and elasticity of the skin;
  • Magnesium gluconate is an essential microelement component that takes part in the cellular energy cycle (ATP production).

MCA 35 is a unique drug for the treatment of involutional skin changes. Low molecular weight allows peeling to easily penetrate into the deep layers of the skin, effectively stimulate the work of fibroblasts and trigger the process of neocollagenesis. Peeling normalizes the condition of the epidermal barrier, improves corneometry and skin hydration, and increases the microcirculation efficiency index. The epidermis becomes more homogeneous, the structure of the dermis becomes denser.

Who and when should not undergo TCA peeling?

Peeling with trichloroacetic acid has contraindications for:

  1. Age up to 25 years, however, in the presence of inflammation, acne, spots, it can be used in adolescence.
  2. Sunny seasons: summer, spring, first two months of autumn.
  3. Exacerbation of viral diseases: herpes, warts, papillomas.
  4. Fungal skin infection.
  5. Pregnancy, lactation period.
  6. The presence of a huge number of nevi (moles).
  7. Hypertrichosis (large amount of hair).

  10. Recent tan.

Kosmoteros, what is it, protocols

Kosmoteros is one of the companies that produces cosmetics, in particular it is known for its peelings. They are used as masters for clients in salons, so the lines are available to ordinary people. Fortunately, detailed instructions are included on how and in what order to use the drugs. This is called a protocol. People are interested in the specific results and effects of peeling, its safety.

Important: if you are allergic or have never resorted to a deep peeling procedure before, it is better to see a dermatologist first. This will help you understand the scale of the problems, then the doctor will advise the safest and most effective solutions. After all, who knows, maybe annoying pimples are not just the result of poor nutrition or remnants of adolescence, but a sign of an invisible disease. Remember, deep peeling has a much more serious effect on the skin than home peeling.

Don’t be afraid to learn from your specialist how peeling works, possible contraindications, and listen carefully to yourself. Remember, allergies are unpredictable and easily arise to any substance unfamiliar to the body.

Why Kosmoteros? The line of drugs and the peeling technology itself pleases with the possibility of adaptation to ideally suit any patient. People differ in skin type, age, dermatological or aesthetic problems. Some even do peelings as a preventive measure. Therefore, Kosmoteros has to carefully consider the compatibility of its drugs in order to please everyone.
