The easiest method of self-atraumatic cleaning involves using a linen or cotton napkin soaked in a peeling composition. It is applied to previously cleansed and steamed facial skin and left for 2-3 minutes. This manipulation is repeated several times:

• for normal skin – 3-4 times;
• for oily skin – 5-6 times;
• for sensitive and dry skin – 2-3 times.

The final stage of the procedure is washing with warm water and a light massage with a damp towel to remove any remaining mixture, after which a moisturizer is applied to the cleansed face.
