This exercise is aimed at tightening all the muscles of the face. Pull your lips out like a tube, lower them down, at the same time sticking out your tongue and looking up. Check your posture, strengthen the frontal muscles of your neck. Clasp your hands, place them under your chin, and begin to press (not with your hands) on this support.
