The drugs were included in the Roszdravnadzor register in 2011 and 2013 (registration numbers: FSZ 2011/11235 and RZN 2013/463) and re-registered in the summer of 2016 by a new applicant - NikOl-cosmetics LLC, which is the exclusive distributor of the line in our country .

• The main active ingredient of Puryal fillers is hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, purified from protein impurities.

• tendency to form hypertrophic and keloid scars;
• recent (less than 2-3 weeks) aggressive peeling;
• the presence of non-absorbable gels in tissues;
• increased body temperature, any ailment associated with seasonal viral infections;
• inflammatory skin diseases in the areas where injections are planned;
• age up to 18 years.

The main complications and side effects of this procedure are as follows:

• development of large tissue edema and hematomas;
• inflammation;
• asymmetrical arrangement of the gel, its uneven distribution in tissues, migration;
• vascular injury by filler (squeezing or entering directly into the lumen) with the development of embolism;
• formation of compactions (fibrosis).

Minor swelling and hematomas are considered normal, since such a reaction always occurs in response to any damage to the skin. Typically, swelling increases during the first day and subsides on the 3-5th day after the procedure. Inflammation usually occurs due to violation of the rules of asepsis and antisepsis, but in some cases it can develop in response to the injection of fillers in patients with autoimmune diseases (which is why such conditions are considered a direct contraindication to contouring).
