HYALREPAIR is a series of injectable preparations for skin bioreparation and complex treatment of osteochondral tissue pathologies in people suffering from musculoskeletal system disorders or regularly experiencing increased physical activity. In terms of its properties, Hyalrepair belongs to chondroreparants. These are slow-acting (cumulative) substances that restore the structure of damaged cartilage fibers and help improve joint mobility. Russian pharmacologists classify Gialripayer as a third-generation chondroreparant, which is a combination product consisting of several components . All products in the Hyalrepair line are based on hyaluronic acid, a substance that is part of a large number of tissues and biological fluids of the human body, including nerve endings, ganglia, epithelium, saliva, vaginal lubrication and joint fluid.
Hyalrepair
The body of a person weighing 65 kg contains about 14 g of hyaluronic acid, but with age its reserves decrease, which negatively affects the condition of the skin, mucous membranes and osteochondral elements. Additional local administration of hyaluronate is necessary for persons who have suffered various injuries, have chronic joint diseases, and are daily exposed to heavy physical activity. Hyalripayer preparations are produced in the form of a gelatinous jelly-like material (gel), packaged in syringes (1.5%) or vials (0.8%). Properties

Preparations with a concentration of the active substance of 0.8% must be injected directly into the tendon canal or the area of damage to the ligamentous apparatus. Before administration, the doctor must assess the degree of damage, as well as the condition of the surrounding soft tissue. In the presence of effusion (excessive accumulation of fluid), it is necessary to first drain the synovial cavity in order to remove excess fluid.
It is permissible to administer no more than 0.5 ml of solution at a time. The standard therapeutic dosage for musculoskeletal pathologies of moderate severity is 0.25-0.4 ml. The course of treatment is 1.5-2 months. The interval between injections is no more than two weeks.

The technique for administering the chondrorepair drug with a concentration of 1.5% is the same as for Hyalrepair 0.8%. Dosage per injection – 2 ml (1 full syringe). The interval between injections is 10-14 days. For the treatment of acne, xerosis of the skin, seborrhea of the scalp, injections of Hyalrepair 0.6% are performed once every 2 weeks. The dosage of the drug and the size of the needle for direct administration are selected by the attending physician and depend on many factors (from the size of the joint to the severity of the pathological process).
Before performing the manipulation, effusion (accumulation of fluid in the cavity due to inflammation) must be removed from the joint. The standard dosage of Hyalripayer-10 for an average-sized joint is about 2 milliliters, which is administered once every 2 weeks, with a course of treatment ranging from 6 to 8 weeks. If necessary, you can repeat the course of treatment after six months or a year.
The instructions for the drug indicate that several joints of different sizes can be involved in one course of therapy. The therapeutic effect is only on the focus of the pathological process, and no systemic effect is observed.
Portability
In most cases, when administered locally (perineural or periarticular), the drug is well tolerated by all groups of patients. In rare cases (mainly after intramuscular injections), patients reported pain, swelling, a burning sensation and allergic reactions at the injection site. During the day after the injection, a feeling of heat or warmth may also persist: such a reaction is normal if nothing else bothers the patient and does not require any corrective measures.
Important! Some patients ask to numb the injection site before administering the drug, which should never be done. It is not recommended to administer Hyalrepair gel material in case of severe intoxication syndrome, hyperthermia, signs of fever and systemic infections (bronchopulmonary diseases, infectious bone lesions, bacterial myositis, etc.).
