Filler Perfecta Deep 1 ml × 1 syringe Perfectha Deep / Perfectha

The ability to change your face without resorting to the help of plastic surgeons is one of the main achievements of cosmetology today. Injection plastic surgery is a safe and affordable solution for correcting the shape of the face and its individual areas. To achieve the most pronounced positive results, you should carefully select a filler - a liquid implant that promotes the desired changes. One of the popular drugs of this kind is P erfectha, which we will talk about in a little more detail .

General Product Information

For the first time, products under the Perfectha brand were presented on the European cosmetology market in 2007. The noisy and promising premiere of the product was preceded by two years of detailed research and development carried out by the French company Laboratoire ObvieLine. In Russia, the use of drugs of this brand has become officially available since 2011, when the technology for their administration passed mandatory state registration.

In our country, such preparations are in wide demand under the brand “Perfectha Derm”, but it should be remembered that in fact such a name refers only to one of the products offered. All products are characterized by a unique manufacturing technology; for their production, high-density hyaluronic acid is used, which is characterized not only by significant density, but also by a high level of plasticity.

Fixed assets and their purpose

Perfectha fillers differ in the concentration of hyaluronic acid and purpose. To date, the following have passed mandatory certification:

  • Perfectha Fine Lines. Used for injection into the upper layers of the skin, excellent for correcting shallow expression wrinkles, including those in the area around the eyes.
  • Perfectha Derm. Used for deeper injection, suitable not only for the correction of wrinkles, but also for the formation of the missing volume of soft tissues and lips.
  • Perfectha Deep. It has the most pronounced effect and can be used to correct deep wrinkles, including nasolabial wrinkles. The main purpose is injection plastic surgery, creating new shapes and volumes of the face.
  • Perfectha Sub Skin. A universal filler used to correct volumes, fill wrinkles, and also to eliminate scars on the surface of the skin.
  • Perfectha Complement is another drug produced within this line. It represents the company's latest development used for biorevitalization.

Perfectha filler line:

1. Perfectha fine lines is the “lightest” filler in the line, designed to correct fine wrinkles and reinforce the face and body. Injected into the dermis, superficially. The volume of the drug is 0.5 ml, although in fact the syringe has a “bonus”: the actual volume is 0.75 ml. Perfect Fine Lines contains 180,000 particles per ml. The drug is recommended to be administered with a 30G needle; its duration of action in tissues is 4-6 months. It is this type of the Perfectha filler family that is used in the original technique of the famous plastic surgeon and aesthetic medicine specialist S.N. Arkannikov. The technique is called “vector lifting” and is, in fact, an improved technique for tissue reinforcement, in which hyaluronic gel imitates the presence of threads in the dermis, causing neocollagenesis, which subsequently provides lifting (tightening) of these tissues without surgery. Vector lifting is safe because it is free from a number of possible complications that sometimes accompany thread tissue lifting techniques. 2. Perfectha derm - the name of this product is often mistaken for the name of the entire line of drugs, while Perfectaderm is a type of Perfecta filler and is used to correct wrinkles of medium depth, as well as work with the shape and volume of the lips. It was the first of the line and for some time was the only Perfectaderm of its kind. The syringe contains 1.3 ml of the drug (with the stated 1 ml, which is pleasantly pleasing), its particles are larger than those of Perfectha fine lines, so there are only 90,000 of them in 1 ml. It is also recommended to administer it with a 30G needle, and the duration of stay in tissues is 6-12 months, depending on the person’s metabolism. 3. Perfectha Deep is a dense filler for correcting deep wrinkles, working with facial contours and the shape and volume of lips. It is successfully used and gives long-lasting results due to the fact that its particles are quite large (accordingly, the length of the hyaluronate chains is such that its destruction occurs slowly, namely 8-12 months). There are 8000 particles in 1 ml; a syringe with a stated volume of 1 ml contains 1.3 ml of gel; it is recommended to use a 27G needle for injection, which allows the procedure to be carried out completely non-traumatic, especially considering the size of the particles of the drug. 4. Perfectha subskin is the newest product in the line, which is designed for deep volume modeling and can be used either subcutaneously or even supraperiosteally. Used to work on the cheekbones, chin, temples, cheeks, lower jaw, and hands. The drug can be administered using a needle or 25/18G cannula (the cannula is included in the kit). Available in syringes with a volume of 2 and 3 ml, the number of particles in 1 ml of Perfecta Sabskin is 2000, and the duration of the volumizing effect is pleasing: 12-18 months. It should be noted once again that the concentration of hyaluronic acid in all preparations in the series is 20 mg/ml, the composition includes isotonic sodium chloride solution (saline) 0.9%, and the degree of reticulation of hyaluronic acid is 90%.

Basic principles of introducing the composition

Regardless of which filler is used for the procedure, the principle of its implementation remains universal. The preparatory stage is most often skipped or replaced by a consultation. The procedure itself takes about 30 minutes; after treating the skin with an alcohol solution, the specialist performs several injections. If necessary, the patient may request pre-anesthesia.

The final stage takes place at home and is completely determined by the attentiveness of the patient himself. For approximately one week after the procedure, it is not recommended to:

  • take aspirin;
  • conduct aggressive cosmetology sessions, including at home;
  • knead the treated areas with your hands, massage;
  • visit baths and saunas, solariums, and other establishments with high air temperature or humidity;
  • drink alcohol

Possible side effects

Quite often you can find reviews that Perfectha products provoke the minimum possible number of complications. It is very difficult to confirm or refute such a statement; no official information has been expressed on this topic. Regardless of the information presented, it is recommended to take into account that it can provoke such unpleasant consequences as:

  • swelling;
  • mild itching and soreness;
  • manifestation of bruises and local redness of the skin;
  • subcutaneous hemorrhages, formation of dots - papules.

Side effects usually last no more than 2-3 days, after which they almost completely disappear. No treatment is required; most prescribed measures are optional and aimed at eliminating discomfort (for example, cool compresses for swelling or ointments for bruises). If no positive changes are observed within the specified time frame, you should visit a specialist again.

Benefits of use

Considering the fact that hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in the human body, Perfectha Derm is biocompatible with all tissues and is as safe as possible. Perfecta Derm is characterized by fast and lasting results that last for a long time.

Perfectha Derm hyaluronic filler is used to correct nasolabial folds and remove deep wrinkles, change the volume and shape of the lips, as well as the contours of the nose, cheeks and chin.

HA stimulates the formation and synthesis of new collagen and elastin fibers, and due to its plasticity, it is evenly distributed under the skin. When released, HA molecules take part in the metabolic process, which helps achieve a greater anti-aging effect. The filler will help restore lost youth, freshness and beauty without the intervention of a plastic surgeon.
